Ruh AI Launches Full-Workforce Platform for AI Employees

Ruh AI has released its 2026 product suite, introducing a "full-workforce" platform designed to let non-technical users deploy autonomous AI employees. The launch marks a shift toward end-to-end automation, led by the AI SDR and the Ruh Work-Lab, which move beyond simple chat interfaces to manage entire business functions without manual coding.

The Ruh Work-Lab and Preset Agents

The Ruh Work-Lab serves as the central environment for what the company describes as 360-degree automation. This platform includes a Marketplace of Preset Agents and Preset Workflows, allowing businesses to activate pre-configured digital employees for specific roles. The Work-Lab also features an Agent Builder and a Knowledge module, which grounds these agents in company-specific data to ensure accuracy.

The AI SDR is the flagship functional agent in the 2026 lineup. It is engineered to handle the complete sales workflow, including prospect research, outbound outreach, and booking meetings. By automating these multi-step processes, the tool aims to handle high-volume sales tasks that previously required full-time human staff.

Developer Suite and Custom Tooling

For technical teams, the Ruh Developer suite provides a specialized environment to build, test, and deploy Custom Agents. A key update in the 2026 release is the inclusion of Custom Tools (MCPs), which utilizes the Model Context Protocol to extend agent capabilities across different software environments. The developer platform also includes Analytics for monitoring agent performance and a system for Upload Builds to manage proprietary agentic architectures.

To support these autonomous workers, Ruh AI has integrated Enterprise Search. This function unifies all organizational knowledge into a single searchable layer, allowing agents to find and act on internal data instantly. This integration ensures that whether an agent is in a preset or custom workflow, it has the necessary context to execute complex tasks autonomously.

By providing both a no-code Work-Lab for business users and a robust Developer suite for technical teams, the platform attempts to standardize the deployment of AI workforces across diverse industries like SaaS and construction.
